Camembert Avocado Toast

INGREDIENTS:

1 ripe avocado
2 slices sourdough or crusty bread
2–4 slices Camembert cheese
Fig jam
Chili oil (or olive oil + chili flakes)
Honey (a drizzle)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.

  2. Prepare the avocado — slice thin or mash, depending on the vibe.

  3. Assemble your toast:

– Lay on Camembert slices
– Add the avocado
– Spread a light layer of fig jam
– Drizzle with chili oil and honey.
