RECIPE TYPE: Snack/Treat | DIETARY INFO: Vegetarian / Gluten-Free PREP TIME: 10 min | COOK TIME: 0 min | TOTAL TIME: 4h30 mins (including freezing time)

Cool. Creamy. A little bit magic.

These Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are the kind of snack you’ll want on repeat. Creamy coconut yogurt, sweet strawberries, and a swirl of maple syrup get frozen into dreamy little bites — then topped with peanut butter, dipped in chocolate, and dusted with raspberry powder.

Sweet, tangy, and just the right kind of indulgent.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups natural coconut yogurt
250g fresh strawberries, chopped
2 tbsp maple syrup
Peanut butter (1 tsp per cluster)
Melted chocolate, for coating
Raspberry powder, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, strawberries, and maple syrup.

  2. Spoon about 2 tbsp of mixture onto baking paper to form clusters.

  3. Freeze for 2 hours.

  4. Top each with 1 tsp peanut butter and return to freezer for another 2 hours.

  5. Dip frozen clusters in melted chocolate.

  6. Garnish with raspberry powder and freeze for 30 more minutes.

  7. Store in freezer until ready to enjoy.
