Raspberry Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS:
1 ¼ cup rolled oats
1 ¼ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut (plus extra for rolling)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Form into balls and roll in extra shredded coconut.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
Soft. Sweet. Slightly tangy.
